To give our customers an enjoyable shopping experience, shipping charges are waived, and international shipment will be sent securely via FedEx.

For delivery within Singapore, no additional tax is required.

For destinations outside Singapore, please note that you may be subjected to import taxes, sales taxes and/or customs duties, which are collected from you once the shipment arrives at your country. Mulia Jewellery is unable to predict the total amount of the charges levied on the addressee due to the ever-changing nature of the rates and the different customs policies varying from country to country.

Once you place your order and payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us to check the status of your order.

Once we ship your order, you will receive another confirmation email indicating when you should expect to receive your package as well as the FedEx tracking number. For your protection, Mulia Jewellery:

• 1. Insures all items during delivery.
• 2. Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
• 3. Requires an adult to sign for the delivery.

Once the product is ready for delivery, shipments in Singapore will arrive between 2 to 5 working days. Your order may also be personally delivered by our sales consultants!

International shipping outside Singapore takes about 2-4 weeks after the product is ready, depending on country and custom clearance regulations. Please do not hesitate to check with us if you need to expedite the delivery of your package.

Self-collection from our viewing offices / collection points in Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Australia can also be arranged. Please contact us if you wish to do so.
