We are proud to offer our jewellry collection to customers in many countries around the world. Mulia Jewellery offers free international shipping. However, additional custom duties / taxes required for customs clearance will be paid by the recipient.
Placing your Order
International orders can easily be placed through our web site. If you prefer, you can also contact us to assist you in placing your order over the phone or by email.
All Mulia Jewellery prices are specified and accepted in Singapore Dollars. All transactions will be converted to our local currency based on the bank rates of your bank at the time the transaction is processed.
If you choose to pay by bank wire /Telegraphic Transfer (TT), please note that your order will be processed only after your payment in the form of a bank wire is received. Please note that some financial institutions do charge a fee for bank transfer, and all additional bank processing fee required for overseas bank transfer should be borne by you. Please contact your bank for more information.
If you selected bank transfer and you place your order, a customer service representative will give you the account information you will need to provide to your bank in order to transfer funds from your account directly to a Mulia Jewellery account. It will take 5 to 7 working days for your bank to process the bank transfer. Once your bank has transferred the funds, your purchase will be processed.
Tracking your Shippment
All international orders will be shipped via FedEx International Priority with a tracking number provided for tracking your parcel. Most shipments outside arrive within two to five business days, however the customs process in each country may vary and often packages may be held longer.
Mulia Jewellery insures all items to make sure that your shipment is risk-free during its delivery to your doorstep. For added security, a signature will be required upon delivery of all orders. An adult must be available at the business or home address indicated to sign for receipt.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Prior to receiving your order, the customs office of your destination country may apply customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges. Customs policies vary depending on country. All charges required for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns, Exchanges & Resizing
In order to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a very flexible 21 day return and product warranty. We also provide free resize of rings. However, for orders shipped internationally, we don’t recommend ring resizing since taxes are levied every time a jewellery item crosses the border and these additional customs, duties and taxes charges will be borne by you.
