21 Day Return Policy

We offer a 21 day money back guarantee to make sure you are fully satisfied with your online purchases. Customers have the right to return the jewellery they purchased online within 21 days. All purchases must be returned in good condition, with all the accompanying items, which include, but not limited to, original diamond grading certificate and the packaging. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweller other than Mulia Jewellery will not be accepted. Engraved jewellery may be returned; however, the engraving fee is non-refundable. Additionally, customers will be responsible for all costs associated with the return of the purchases including, but not limited to administrative charges, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees and import taxes.

Please email us prior to returning the product. After informing and getting an acknowledgement from us, you may arrange for shipping. We strongly encourage you to insure your shipment. Once we received your item, we will pass it along to our Quality Assurance department to check whether the item is returned in good condition. We will then notify you within 2-3 business days whether the returned item is accepted and process your refund accordingly.

Lifetime Product Warranty

We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on the fine jewellery purchased from us. This warranty does not apply to loss of diamonds / gemstones and does not include wear and tear or damages incurred due to trauma, negligence, lack of regular maintenance, loss, or theft. Fine jewellery is subjected to wear and tear. This is particularly true for rings since hands are regularly subjected to considerable movement and impact. Some examples of common jewellery issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:

  • 1. Worn out, caught or bent prongs allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.
  • 2. Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require restoration work.
  • 3. Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals (e.g, perfume, alcohol, make-up).
  • If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or, if we deem appropriate, replace the item. If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will notify you and let you know if repair services are available at cost or otherwise.

Please note that internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in diamonds or gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered as part of the character of the item, and should not be considered a defect.
